Terms and conditions forming part of Quotation No: HPSPL-26-001
Remarks (Applies to the transportation portion only):
A) Jobs done on Sundays and public holidays will be charged at 2x the quoted transportation rate.
B) Jobs done on Monday-Saturday after normal working hours will be charged at 1.5x the quoted transportation rate.
C) OT charges will be based on time card records and rounded up to the next half hour.
D) Cancellation charge after confirmation will be charged at 50% of the quoted price.
E) Cancellation charge after lorry has reached job site will be charged at 100% of the quoted price.
General Service Notes (applicable to the ISO tank):
F) The ISO tank supplied will be fitted with a heating coil.
G) Any damage done to the ISO tank and/or chassis caused by the waste or by negligence during the rental period will be chargeable at actual repair cost as per charge by Third Party Vendor(s).
H) Tank washing charge of S$350.00 per tank applies if residue sludge remains inside the tanker post-job.
I) Overtime (OT) hours will be rounded to the next half hour.
Price quoted exclude:
1. Any waste contents that are found to be sludges or solids that are not highlighted before collection
2. The waste profile description is different from our own laboratory's checks
3. Price will be subject to change or the waste may be rejected upon any difference found in the characteristics of the waste between the information provided and reports.
4. Price may be subject to change upon any instructions for any other treatment method due to NEA's regulations or instructions
5. Price may be subject to change when the content of the waste is found to have any other items that are not brought up.
6. Collection of waste will be subject to our warehouse capacity
Payment Term : 60 days
Tax : The prevailing GST rate (not included in the price above) may be applicable.
